Time To Double Down on Solar: Pass Automatic Permitting and the ASAP Act

This legislative session, NYLCV is calling for the passage of two bills that will help boost solar energy development across the state: the Automated Solar Permitting Act (S. 6570-A/A. 8758-A), sponsored by Senator Harckham and Assemblymember Didi Barrett, and the Accelerate Solar for Affordable Power (ASAP) Act (A. 6270-A/S. 5781), sponsored by Senator Harckham and Assemblymember Cunningham.
