Didi Barrett pushes state to incentivize small-scale solar

ALBANY- More than 50 environmental, labor and civic organizations have endorsed legislation introduced by state Assemblymember Didi Barrett to incentivizing small-scale rooftop and community solar projects, her office announced last week.
